About George Washington Carver High School

George Washington Carver High School is an historic school located in Birmingham, Alabama. Founded in 1925, it was the first high school for African Americans in the city. The school was named after George Washington Carver, a renowned agricultural scientist and inventor.
George Washington Carver High School has a long and rich history of providing quality education to its students.
