About Dimond High School

Dimond High School is a four-year public high school located in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1965, it is the largest high school in the Anchorage School District and serves grades 9-12. Dimond High School is known for its high academic standards, competitive sports teams, and diverse student body.
The school offers a wide range of courses, including Advanced Placement classes and college-level courses. It has a strong focus on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), and offers a variety of extracurricular activities and clubs.
The school has a strong commitment to the arts, with a range of visual and performing arts classes and programs. Dimond High School also has a strong athletic program, with teams competing in basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and other sports.
