About Fairbanks B.e.s.t.

Fairbanks B.e.s.t. (Building Education and Skills Together) is an innovative program designed to help students in the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District succeed. The program provides students with the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and projects that focus on career exploration, college and career readiness, and career planning. Through these activities and projects, students are able to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in the future.
Fairbanks B.e.s.t. offers a variety of services to help students achieve their goals. These services include mentoring, tutoring, college and career readiness workshops, and job shadowing opportunities. In addition, the program also provides access to resources such as college and career planning guides, job search resources, and financial aid information.
The goal of Fairbanks B.e.s.t. is to help students become better prepared for college and career success. By providing students with the resources and support they need, the program hopes to create a more successful future for the students of the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District.
