About Kuinerrarmiut Elitnaurviat
Kuinerrarmiut Elitnaurviat is a nonprofit organization based in Kotzebue, Alaska, that works to promote the cultural, economic, and educational development of the Iñupiaq people of Northwest Alaska. Founded in 1989, the organization is dedicated to preserving and revitalizing traditional Iñupiaq culture while also providing educational, employment, and economic opportunities. The organization works to empower the Iñupiaq people of the region to become leaders in their communities and to promote the cultural and economic self-sufficiency of the region.
