About Ombudsman – Charter West

Ombudsman – Charter West is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the rights of citizens in the West. Established in 1975, Ombudsman – Charter West is responsible for monitoring local, state, and federal government agencies to ensure that they are following the law and providing the highest level of service possible. Ombudsman – Charter West also provides citizens with a way to voice their concerns, complaints, and suggestions about government services.
The mission of Ombudsman – Charter West is to ensure that government services are provided in an equitable, transparent, and accountable manner. The Ombudsman – Charter West team is comprised of a group of lawyers and other professionals who are dedicated to protecting the rights of citizens in the West. They work to ensure that citizens receive fair and equal access to government services and that their complaints are taken seriously.
Ombudsman – Charter West also provides education and training to citizens and government agencies on how to better serve their constituents. Through workshops, seminars, and publications, Ombudsman – Charter West helps citizens understand their rights and government services. They also provide resources to government agencies on how to better serve their constituents.
