About Lighthouse Community Charter

Lighthouse Community Charter School (LCCS) is a public charter school located in Oakland, California. Founded in 2000, LCCS is a tuition-free, college-preparatory school that serves a diverse student body of over 700 students in grades 6-12. The school is committed to providing an excellent education to all students and is dedicated to helping them become successful, responsible citizens.
At LCCS, students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning and to develop their own academic goals.
