About Mira Costa High School

Mira Costa High School is a public high school located in Manhattan Beach, California. It is part of the Manhattan Beach Unified School District. Founded in 1950, Mira Costa is one of the oldest and most established high schools in the South Bay. It has a long-standing tradition of excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts.
Mira Costa offers a wide range of courses, from college-level Advanced Placement classes to career and technical education programs. The school also has a strong commitment to the arts, offering students the opportunity to explore their creativity in music, theater, visual arts, and more.
Outside of the classroom, Mira Costa students are engaged in a variety of activities, including student government, service organizations, and sports teams. The school is also home to a number of clubs and organizations, such as the Mira Costa Robotics Club and the Mira Costa Environmental Club.
