Modoc County Special Education is dedicated to providing quality educational services to students with special needs. They are committed to ensuring that all students receive the best possible education and support in order to reach their full potential. The Special Education department works closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure that all students receive the necessary accommodations and services needed to be successful in school. The Special Education department provides a variety of services to students with special needs, including individualized instruction, consultation, and support services. They also provide specialized instruction and support in the areas of social, motor, and communication skills. In addition, they offer a variety of programs and services to help students transition to the next level of education.
The Special Education department is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. They strive to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and respectful of all students, regardless of their individual differences.
