San Bernardino County Special Education is dedicated to providing quality educational services to students with disabilities. The county’s special education programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each student, while helping them reach their full potential. The county’s special education department offers a variety of services, including individualized instruction, specialized instruction, and transition services.
Individualized instruction focuses on the student’s individual needs, and provides instruction tailored to their unique strengths and weaknesses. Specialized instruction is designed to meet the needs of students with specific disabilities, such as autism, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities. Transition services help students make the transition from school to adult life, and provide support for students as they move through the transition process.
San Bernardino County Special Education also provides resources and support for parents and families of students with disabilities.
