About Sierra Expeditionary Learning

Sierra Expeditionary Learning School (SELS) is a public charter school located in Reno, Nevada. It is part of the Expeditionary Learning network of schools, which are dedicated to providing students with a rigorous, experiential education. SELS focuses on project-based learning, with students engaging in hands-on activities to explore real-world issues and develop solutions to them. Students work together in teams to solve problems, learn from their peers, and develop a sense of civic engagement.
